About the Item
A vintage peridot and diamond platinum ring, circa 1950
This handmade platinum ring is set with an impressive cushion cut peridot of 3.77 carats approximately in a simple 4 claw setting leading to shoulders grain set with single cut diamonds of 0.06 carats approximately, assessed as G/H colour, VS1 clarity.
This Assay marks for France to the outside of the band.
Finger size UK L or US 5 3/4. This piece can be resized upon request for a perfect fit.
The simple design of this ring coupled with the larger than average peridot centre stone is both striking and bold!
Condition - The condition of the ring is very good with some very slight abrasions to the surface of the platinum in keeping with its general age.
The ring is accompanied by a complimentary valuation for insurance and authenticity.
